Intuitive Yoga Sessions
One-on-one guided sessions shaped through intuitive listening, contemplative awareness, and the individual needs of the practitioner. Sessions may include yoga asana, breath, reflection, ritual, mantra, or other supportive practices that arise naturally through the unfolding of the session.
