Daily Practice

Small rituals to

begin and return.

Philosophy

Simple reflections

from traditional texts.

Devotion

Remembering through

mantra and attention.

If you’re unsure where to begin, start simply.

start where you are.

Light + breath

Light a lamp, or sit quietly.

Take a slow inhale through the nose.

Exhale gently.

Do this for a few breaths.

No need to change anything.

Just notice.

Return to attention

At any point in the day, pause.

Feel your breath.

Notice where you are.

Let your attention settle, even briefly.

Then continue.

Mantra

You may repeat quietly:

Om

or

So Hum.

Let it move with the breath.

Come back to this again and again.
